Access the perfect workstations for digital concept art
We acknowledge the need for high quality equipment to produce professional concept art today. That’s why we only provide our students with top quality hardware and software. At New3dge, each concept art student has access to their own workstation equipped high end graphic cards, 2 monitors, a Wacom Intuos Pro graphics tablet, a VR headset (Oculus Rift S) and of course all the programs/softwares and plugins needed to produce professional quality concept art with the possibility to stream your computer from home.
For the plein air painting sessions included in the program, we also provide a complete oil painting kit to our students.
Plein air painting to get your creative juices flowing
On top of mastering how to use software to create digital art, a great concept artist also needs to excel at traditional art. We want to drive our student’s creative thinking and expression during the 2 year program. That’s why the concept art students also have plein air painting sessions in the local park a couple of times per year. It’s a great way for them to paint from direct observation and practice their traditional art skills. We provide a complete oil painting kit to our students for the plein air painting sessions.
We also recommend interesting and culture filled locations to visit in Paris like museums and seasonal events. Students can enjoy discounts to attend most cultural spots thanks to their student card.
